- 3. When you're ready, check out through Square — your level, users, storage, and total are shown before anything is charged.
Questions
Which level do I need?
Pick by users and storage, not features — every level includes every module. Solo covers up to 3 users, Shop up to 10, Crew up to 20.
What is Founding Contributor?
The first 20 seats, 5 per trade, at $25/mo grandfathered for up to 3 users. It's by request only: send the request form and we review every request personally.
Can I change levels later?
Yes — change levels from your account and your subscription moves with you. Founding Contributor is the exception: approval first, then checkout.
How do I pay, and who charges me?
C2C Trade Portal LLC charges your subscription through Square. Your customers pay you through your own Square — C2C never touches that money.
What about storage?
Every level includes photo and document storage (10 GB, 50 GB, or 100 GB by level). We email you well before storage could get in your way, and you can request more from your account.
